Clinical / Therapy / Commercial Warranty: $399

Coverage Includes

This warranty covers the swing frame and all accessories attached to the frame, including seats and eligible replacement parts.

If a covered item is broken, damaged, or found defective under normal use, we’ll review your claim and send a replacement part once approved.

 

Simple Claims Process To request a replacement:

Take a photo of the broken or damaged part

Send us the photo, proof of purchase, a short description, and your shipping address

Once approved, we ship your replacement part

Easy-to-Understand Coverage Terms

Coverage lasts for 7 years from the original purchase date. Each covered item may be replaced once per year.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized changes, neglect, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by accidents or events outside normal use.
